About Lisa
Lisa Shim is a forward-thinking and results-driven executive, with a reputation for creating the next set of great leaders. She has over 20 years of management consulting experience helping Fortune 100 brands transform their business and overcome their biggest challenges. Prior to forming Level Consulting, Lisa served in executive leadership roles at award-winning companies, launching new practice areas, and helping complex global organizations orchestrate hundreds of millions of dollars to transform. Lisa is fearless and empathetic, with experience driving strategic outcomes, activating exponential growth, and creating organizational alignment. As a mentor, coach, and instructor in Human Centered Design, she has helped hundreds become Certified Design Thinking practitioners and unlock their inner innovator.
Lisa is passionate about creating positive change in the world, both in her professional and personal life. Outside of work, she serves on the Board of Directors at New Avenues for Youth, a nonprofit organization that prevents and intervenes youth homelessness in Portland, OR.
